Awesome customer service, they helped me to set up everything in no time, now my shop is 100% compliant for all regions :)) It might be pricey, but it’s definitely worth it for the convenience and peace of mind.

Super simple app to set up and a Tiana was very helpful in confirming that everything was working as it should be.
Great product. I was having some issues getting this setup to track properly. I knew I must be missing something in my tracking scripts. Kevin and Raymond had no issues in requesting access and checking through the setup. We was setup and compliant within a hour. Thanks so much guys. If you want a peace of mind then don't hesitate choosing Avada. If the simple setup causes any issues then these guys will jump and resolve anything fast and efficiently.

As far as compliance goes, there isn't an app better, we had to customize the widget a bit to fit our needs but it functions great. Customer support was kind and helpful, Judy was great. We had to go back and forth with them a bit and try a different app for a little. But ultimately went with Avada, they really fought for our business.

This is a very seamless and easy to use app. We had one small problem pop up and Tiana had it resolved in under 5 minutes, which is awesome. Great support staff and fantastic app overall.
