J'ai rencontré des difficultés pour configurer l'application mais en soit rien de compliqué du côté de Avada. En tout cas, leur support est très réactif et je remercie particulièrement Kevin qui a été très professionnel et su m'apporter une solution en moins de 10 minutes.

Outstanding Support and Customization! We are extremely impressed with the level of support provided by Audrey and Tony. I needed assistance today because I am not very proficient with using Shopify codes and other related features. Tiana provided help quickly and effortlessly, making the entire process much easier for me. Thanks to Tiana's help, I now feel more confident using the app. The customer service experience has been outstanding, and this gives me great confidence in the app's quality and reliability. Sehr intuitives Tool, um den Cookie Banner passend aufsetzen zu können mit einem sehr gut funktionierenden Cookie-Scanner. Bei Fragen half mir mein Support Tiana sehr schnell und freundlich weiter. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Good app. Easy to use, and support is prompt and efficient. When I was having an issue I hopped onto the chat support and Tiana and Tony helped me configure and test Google Consent Mode v2 integration in a matter of minutes.

The support team, Lydia especially, is excellent and very patient. I really appreciate that so that is why I'm giving 5 stars. The instruction clarity on the app could definitely be improved. things that would be helpful: Direct links, clear short instructions that are to the point and easy for everyday people to understand....basically, instructions for dummies is always much appreciated for those of us who don't do this everyday and would just like to set up a website with as much ease as possible.

Previously we used another GDPR app but it was causing issues with pixel tracking, once we switched to Avada GDPR everything was working fine and the app is straightforward to setup, use and customize. Customer support is very helpful and big thanks to Hana who swiftly assisted us with tuning the app to our needs.
