Eine gute und übersichtliche App, Audrey ist mir immer gut und schnell behilflich. Super wäre es eine deutsche Version zu haben, wobei man den Inhalt bereits eigenständig auf deutsch ändern kann.

Great app, great customer service, and it's Free. It's mostly a FAQ app though, as there isn't any chat integration. It just redirects to your what's app or messenger open's email app.

So far the support has been amazing from the team. They respond very quickly and efficiently. Thank you to Hana for her help with a page issue. :) It would be great if there was a feature to customise the URL and more styling options. Everything else works amazing :)

I installed the chat FAQ page and misunderstood the functionalities of it. I contacted support and spoke with Hana who guided me very well on how it works and made suggestions. It was very easy to follow. Unfortunately the app doesn't have a live chat option which is what I need to have quick contact with customers. None the less the advice was taken on board and other app suggestions were made.

Great free app! There was an issue with hiding the FAQ widget, but Abby from the support team was able to get it fixed right away. Much appreciated!

Good app to start an interactive FAQ page and chat. Jasmine helped me to upgrade to unlimited questions and extra icons. Very easy to work with.

Are they purposely limiting the FAQ questions so that we have to reach out to customer support to get unlimited? And then funneling us to write a review? I don't know for sure, but it seems like it. I haven't even tested out the product yet on my store. Will update my stars if it is good. Update: The product worked well. I did have an issue but the customer support helped very quickly. I'd recommend using the app. Changing from 2 to 4 stars.

Feedback is quick and patient. Regretly, The APP don't support chat with the customer directly. Other function is perfect, I love it.

So far the best support app I have used on Shopify. It has all the features available to support your customers. However, I haven't seen a customer directly chatting with the support, instead, it shows WhatsApp. Recommended!

Avada's customer service is super good. I love the way their agents talk to me. Also, their app is easy to use. But I still need more function like intergrading to more channels.

This is a beautiful app you can customize your alot of things here, the colors, the answers and ofcourse the lovely team are always on the clock to help me. Abby was chatful, helpful and very rapid with her service. I definately recommend it.
