10/10 Support, Emily has been really helpful with quick and concise replies. The app itself is great and really simple to setup, recommended for people who want to start an e-commerce or integrate a simple and useful contact/faq option

So far my experience with Avada has been really great. I haven't had a lot of time to see it in real world action, but I've got a good amount of confidence that things will go smoothly. And if they don't right out of the box the Avada customer service has been amazing. Once I've got some time to establish common questions and concerns from my customers I am really excited to build out the app even further.

Just getting started with it, but was trying to avoid setting up the WhatsApp integration (I don't need it). As evident from the other reviews, the customer service was incredible. Hana was helpful, responsive, and solved my problem quickly. Thank you! I look forward to using the rest of the app's capabilities!

It's crazy to think this app is free and the support is awesome and helpful without charging you a dime! Huge thank you to Esther and Tony for helping me solve issues and giving me access to more app abilities for free! I hope more people use this app.

Simply cannot believe this app is free with the amount of fidelity and value it provides. PLUS 24/7 support? It's the cherry on top. Juliana was a great help and I am impressed with her support. Thank you for providing such an amazing and important app for free.

Great app, simple to set up and easy to use. I've only used it for now to set up my faq but I won't hesitate to look at the other products later on. Thanks to the support team and to Liz who are available 24/7 and who helped me solve a problem quickly and with kindness (I appreciated). I would definitely recommend this app.

First off, I am solely appreciating Jasmine... My customer satisfaction with her is second to none. I couldn't have asked for better. Avada app is a good one!
