A good and easy app to setup and use for both you, and your customers, does exactly what is says it does. Got a small issues, setting it up, and contacted customer support via chat got immediate response from sunny, that solved the issue in less than a minute. Highly recommend.

I have narrowed my choice for a FAQ and WhatsApp Chat App to two. The first was not to my liking as it was not properly laid out to suit my needs. I have just downloaded the Avada App and had a few questions, which were answered by a patient-knowledgeable individual called Emily. Emily thank you so much for your patience and assistance. I believe that at some point I will need your expertise and knowledge again, so hope I get you next time round...Thanks.

So eine tolle App! Als ich nicht weiter gekommen bin wurde mir ausgezeichnet von Sunny und Gideon sofort geholfen! Somit konnte ich die FAQ in kürzester Zeit in meinen Shop integrieren! Ich kann die App weiter empfehlen und bin von dem ausgezeichneten Kundenservice begeistert!

Hasta ahora es buena. Pero mi tienda no ha salido al mercado. Sin embargo, hay que poder cambiar en el widget el orden de las preguntas y las categorías. Un cliente debe ver el panel de tipos de preguntas, en lugar de leer mil preguntas para poder encontrar la que necesita. No es lógico ni amigable.
