I have been trying for a long time but I was not able to add FAQ page to my website. Then I thought of taking care help from the customer. And she (Esther) came to assist me and solved my problem in a very simple way. So I thank him for helping me.

It does so much for an app with excellent customer service! Every time I have a problem, I open the chatbot and get someone to help within 10 minutes most times. The customization is excellent. My only suggestion would be to allow the Track Order to have a page or allow us to put it on the top/bottom of the FAQ page. Other than that, I think it's great. I love how connected it is as well.
