I give Emily a 5 star review she was wonderful, very helpful. She walked me through the whole process made sure I understood everything. She was a Joy to talk to. She was so kind and sweet. Thank you Emily very much.

It does so much for an app with excellent customer service! Every time I have a problem, I open the chatbot and get someone to help within 10 minutes most times. The customization is excellent. My only suggestion would be to allow the Track Order to have a page or allow us to put it on the top/bottom of the FAQ page. Other than that, I think it's great. I love how connected it is as well.

Esther was a great customer care representative, and she helped me with most of the issues I had. Overall, Avada is a good app, and it helped me with making easy my FAQ page.

We were having an issue with copying and pasting our old FAQs into the Avada platform, as soon as I had this issue I was in contact with Hana within minutes and she was extremely helpful and was able to fix the issue for me swiftly. Some of the best technical support I've ever received for a Shopify app.
