The App is great, runs smoothly and has a very friendly user interface. The customer support is really good and nice. I needed some category icons unlocked so I approached the support, and to my surprise, Tracy from Avada replied instantly and helped me pretty quickly.

Great app, easy to use interface and friendly user interaction, also does a great job with responsive design. I encountered a restriction when adding FAQs, so I contacted customer service. They responded quickly and helped me remove the restriction for free. They also helped me delete the credit in the widget. Highly recommend this app to anyone.

avada has been a great help in helping me have a bot for faqs as well as a link to add whatsapp chat as well. their support team is great within seconds Abby from their team was able to help me with multiple icon issues and resolved it in an instant. i totally support using this app and honestly one of few free apps available to shopify users. thanks Avada & Abby
