This is an amazing app, and moreover, the support is excellent. I am already using a few of the Avada apps and they all are nice. Above all their amazing customer service makes their apps an excellent option.

I was using a paid FAQ app before I found Avada. The old app was quite hard to use and we need to pay for the subscription fee. Avada, on the other hand, provides amazing features and customer service, they staff have helped me multiple times regarding app setup, can't recommend more! Liz is amazing!

The best support I have had in the last 10 years . Lydia and tech guy Gideon immediately helped me to fix my FAQ page. Serious I wish all support team from other organization would work like them. Gold medal.

So far I'm very impressed with this app. And it's free too. The support is VERY fast and very good. Thank you Jasmine & Emily for your quick help. I haven't been using this app for that long so I can't say anything about the speed and how it affects the store, but I will see that later. So far, so good!

Au top! Sunny était à l'écoute et ultra rapide pour prendre en main un problème sur l'affichage de la FAQ sur le site. Le problème que je n'arrivais pas à résoudre depuis plusieurs jours n'a mit que 10 minutes à disparaitre! La simplicité de l'app et le SAV sont au top !

Great app! Although some of the functions are still "rigid" and less flexible in terms of design it works great and makes your life easier in terms of FAQ management. Additionaly, Hana was a fantastic help with a very fast and clear support.
