App utilissima per la pagina delle domande frequenti, per poter tracciare la spedizione e la possibilità di offrire vari modi di comunicare con il servizio clienti. Il tutto è accessibile dai clienti tramite una piccola icona sempre presente sul sito, quindi rende più semplice l'assistenza ai clienti in caso di domande o assistenza. Ho avuto necessità di contattare il supporto per alcune configurazioni e sono stati eccezionali, in pochissimi minuti hanno risolto tutto. Un ringraziamento particolare ad Abby per la sua gentilezza e professionalità.

So far my experience with Avada has been really great. I haven't had a lot of time to see it in real world action, but I've got a good amount of confidence that things will go smoothly. And if they don't right out of the box the Avada customer service has been amazing. Once I've got some time to establish common questions and concerns from my customers I am really excited to build out the app even further.

Just getting started with it, but was trying to avoid setting up the WhatsApp integration (I don't need it). As evident from the other reviews, the customer service was incredible. The app itself was easy to set up and blended cohesively with my current theme. Tracy helped me eliminate the limitation of the # of questions I could post on the page and as I was working through and had more questions, Emily was able to give me a hand. Both reps were friendly and helpful and the fact that the app is free as well, can't ask for more to be honest!
