This is one of the easiest apps I've every used. And in case you have issues (I had a small one), customer service is quick and easy. I connected with Jasmine and she resolved the issue without much fuss. I would recommend this app very much.

the greatest thing about this app is that is does everything it says it does and it is FREE, easy to use, looks great, and Emily from customer support answered in few seconds, that was surprising. And again, it is Free, with the top class customer support. Thanks again Emily.

Customer support is awesome! Hallyfe verified my account in 3 minutes and gave me full access to the icons and unlimited FAQs. Give Avada a try, this is my new FAQ app now haha.

I had an issue with my FAQ page not showing up on my store page. Prakash did an amazing job fixing the problem quickly. Still new to this app but I can stay the customer service is great. Looking forward to continuing working with Avada.
