The app is easy to install on the shopify shop. Easy to use and userfriendly interface also. The support is fast and super friendly

I can only say positive things about this app and the support. Its completely free and has a lot of great features and is easy to set up. The support (Juliana) was very friendly and can you help you with any request. can highly recommend for stores on a budget.

客服有求必应，响应迅速，服务热情，我的需求在后台没法实现，客服很快的联系了技术人员帮我修改了，第一次没达到我想要的效果，然后技术人员不厌其烦的连续根据我的建议修改了三次，最终完全实现了我想要的效果。十分推荐这个app

Just installed this app. Looks fairly easy to use so far. I needed it to setup a FAQ page primarily. I needed some help and Abby was quick to respond and help straight away!

The app is very very good, exactly as I imagined it. The support is also prompt and Hana was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions very quickly.

Really good app!! The functionality is great and the app embedded to my site with ease. I particularly like having the ability to add categories to the FAQ's as part of the websites intent is to be informative about Internet of Things devices, as well as sell them. The staff at Avada have been fantastic, very quick to respond and great customer service. I really can't rate this app enough, it's most definitely improved my customer experience!
