Installed it 10 days back.Writing this review after using it. It works flawlessly. Needed clarifications wrt a few features functionality which were done immediately by Esther. She was brilliant and helped activate the features immediately within minutes. Will surely recommend this one.

awesome app, awesome support. all free. the support is beyond good. really. Esther was helping fast, with custom code ( for changing the size of the app icon) and walla. perfect. amazing way to get customers for their other apps. amazing. thanks!

After the installation we had some questions. Lydia from support helped us with all the settings. That was very quick and uncomplicated. Very good service! The app is easy to use and offers many options for building a good FAQ page. We will certainly activate the widget at a later date!

This is a premium app and it is completely FREE! Love the FAQ page and the chat icon. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot to Esther, Gideon and Liz for all the help with customizations.

even though I haven't finished setting it up entirely yet. So far, my experience has been great! The app is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate. I did have a question during the setup process, and Lydia from customer support was incredibly helpful and prompt in assisting me.
