Amazing customer service, I had an tiny issue with the plugin that I needed to remove the "powered by" option, And I got a quick response by Hana and she fixed the issue for me in 1 minute, that's absolutely phenomenal!

Outstanding, friendly, and helpful. Had some issues with the FAQ section and Jasmine promptly resolved the issue within minutes. This is an awesome free app, simple to set up, its has CSS editor so I can make it look like it actually belongs on the site. I like the chat object, its exactly what I wanted. Nothing fancy, but awesome. Emily from Customer Service was also super helpful with anything I needed. I definitely recommend this app.
