While trying to sort out the app, I had the pleasure of getting assistance from Sunny. She was very helpful, friendly and made me feel very supported. I have not yet finished setting this app up but I feel like if I have any issues then my queries will be responded to promptly.

Ótimo app bem completo e com todas as funcionalidades, caso precise de alguma que não esteja liberada, basta chamar o suporte no chat, suporte excelente, prestativo e responde bem rápido, recomendo o uso!

Not completely ready with using and configurating everything, but so far it's really good. Maybe I would need a bit more custom functionality, but for FREE and it being my first shop atm, I am really happy with how everything works. I also had a small request and the support responded quickly and added the request right away.

Support was super helpful and I was connected with Aisha in a matter of seconds after asking a question to the chat bot. My question was resolved in just a few minutes and I could not be more happy with how quick and easy they are. Will definitely continue to use this app!

Excellent app and excellent support by the team .The support extended was lightning fast and the thing is the chat gets automatically activated and an agent hops in there to address your requirements.
