So far I was very happy using this app because of several reasons: 1) it's very lightweight and doesn't slow down your store (while some other apps increase blocking time by 500-1000 ms!); 2) easy to set up and customize; 3) I had just one error during setting this app and support agent Emily was very quick and helpful with resolving this issue.

This app, just the others in its suite, are really good for helping you sell more and keep your customers happy. If you have any questions, just ask Esther from the Avada team. She's great at answering quickly. I really think you should use this app!

This app is amazing so far and is doing everything we need for free! Esther has been super responsive as well and has been great.

I started using this App for the FAQ. Always needed in any store. It is incredibly easy to set up and incredibly easy to navigate. I had a few questions, and I immediately got Esther online. In 2 minutes, she solved everything without any extra explanation. I can only say I wish all Apps on Shopify had such service instead of being told no one is around from Friday to Monday. If you sell in the digital age, you need to be able to answer customers immediately or at least within a few hours. Avada did not disappoint, Not in the App, Esther's service, or the ease of use. If you need a FAQ this is the app!

This is a very well done app for generating FAQs pages. I liked my experience with the support via Live Chat: they help you setting up the FAQ page and with any problem you might have with the page style. Esther from the customer support was great!
