I can't recommend the Avada plugin highly enough. The app itself is powerful and versatile, but what really stood out was the customer service. Esther, in particular, was a tremendous help when I was just starting out. She was warm, enthusiastic, and went out of her way to assist me, unlocking all the icons and providing invaluable guidance on how to get the most out of the app. Her assistance has truly made my experience with Avada a pleasure. I'm grateful for her support and for the excellent functionality of the Avada plugin. I will definitely recommend it to others. Thanks, Avada, and special thanks to Esther!

I installed the App and reached 10 FAQ questions only. I contacted the help and Hana was amazing - within about 2 minutes she had fixed it up so I could have unlimited FAQs and removed the branding. So far so good - I am still adding questions, but it looks like a great FAQ template. Thanks Hana for your help.
