FAQを作成したく、お試しで利用させていただきましたが、カスタマーサポートが迅速で、丁寧で、安心できるアプリでした。（現在使用中ですので、まだわかりませんが、今後使用させていただき、さらに様子を見たいと思います。）

I used this app for the FAQ section of my site caronico.net. The team behind the FAQ app are very helpful and they are always available. I recommend the app to anyone who needs an FAQ section on their site. Liz is especially helpful.

This integrated FAQ, Desk-help/Chat app is brilliant at the many tasks it does, Brilliant app and well thought-out design. It really enhances customer and web-store transparency and communication tasks all in one place. The fact this app allows a web-store to present commonly asked FAQ's up-front make this app great. Clean, simple and brilliant well thought-out design. Customer support Abby was friendly and kind to help with questions I had to get the job done :). The setup also is straight forward to handle, and has more options to add to the FAQ if needed. Great app Avada friends! Thanks for such an app. I am happy with it. :)
