Looking for FAQ widget. Avada surprised me with additional features too. Made my work so easy with wonderful features out of box for free. Searchable FAQs in chat is my favorite. They had a wonderful customer support. Thank you Liz, the one who supported me with listing options. Great support. Very fast response.

Outstanding, friendly, and helpful. Had some issues with the FAQ section and Jasmine promptly resolved the issue within minutes. On top of that, she assisted in the removal of the Avada branding which allowed my store to look more professional. Thank you Jasmine for being efficient and helpful, keep it up!

We are just starting our online store and we needed a tool for the FAQ and online chat, we downloaded Avada and from the beginning we had an excellent experience.
