Good , pretty I think it's better to use , and will make our FAQ page more richer ,and the service worker is kindly to send me help .

Undoubtedly, this App is a must have. Besides the app brilliant FAQ-section, helpdesk and chat you will have a great experience with the support of AVADA. Undoubtedly, they have solved every problem I had. For example, Juliana solved my problem in a couple of minutes! Liz also helped me out quickly. I heartly recommend the app to everyone who wants to start with their online-career.

I was looking for a free FAQ app to help us setup an FAQ page for our site. Started using the app, and Prakash from AVADA was extremely helpful via their chat support. Added additional icons, expanded the # of faqs I could add...very cool. Thanks guys, love the product!

Hana was so quick to respond to our queries. We had an issue within our theme & Faq page. Hana went above and beyond to sort the problem out quickly & efficiently. Customer service is always amazing and any problems quickly resolved. Would highly recommend, 10/10 Thank you Hana

Needed some help with the app as i couldn't figure something out and needed help to unlock something. jasmine replied in under a minute and solves my solution in like 2 minutes. super helpful and kind support and highly recommend this app

Great app. I had a few little issues, used the Avada help chat and got connected with Liz after just a few second. She was unbelievable knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. All issues got resolved in a heartbeat. What a great customer service experience.
