I used this app to embed a virtual assist feature, however, a problem occurred where the Icon was not changing Abby came and she solved this problem quite quickly which I loved.

I have some issues with the icons and contact support. I talked to Esther, she instantly deals with the issue with a fast replying time.

Very good app, I can highly recommend it! The service is also very good. I had an Supporter called Hana and she helped me very quick with my problems and was super nice!

I was facing a problem, actually i thought there was a problem and I was fighting with the costumer support and this guy, Prakash, came and helped, he was so patient with me, he kept on helping no matter how rude i was, and at last he made me realize that the issue i was facing was with another app, not with AVADA! This Guy is a legend!

Great app so far. Very easy to setup and use. Had some troubles with a translation that did not work well. Contacted support for this. Answered and solved within minutes, great! Could do with some extra features but they have a section where you can suggest an option yourself or vote on options that others have suggested. And they are actually doing something with the feedback. (Not something you see every day.) Of course 5 stars as this app does exactly what is promised and... it's free!
