Prakash was incredibly helpful. I requested support, had to wait less than 5 minutes, and my requests were solved within a few minutes. Overall very pleased with the support. The app seems great, haven't tested it at scale but comes with pre-loaded FAQs and the functionality so far has been excellent.

Just installed this app today, the function is great, and it satisfy our needs. Besides, they have great support team, Emily help us a lot when we occured some little problems and they can be solved soon. Thank you for the help, hope this app will be used by more people in the future.

Great app to install if you want FAQ page set up for your store. You can customize it to your liking too with the help of AVADA team. Lots of tips were received from the fantastic member, Esther today.

That's a very helpful app. Our customer service team is working hard to reply all the email as soon as possible, but this app give a instant answer to the visitors. And the Avada support's team is amazing. I just send them an message by chat and Hana resolve my issue within 20 sec! I highly recommended this app for any Shopify store owner

App completa e assistenza top! L'app è semplice da utilizzare e ha veramente molte funzioni per essere gratuita. Ne ho provate altre a pagamento prima, ma questa essendo gratis ha comunque tutte le funzionalità! Assistenza sempre presente e tempestiva nel risolvere i problemi

I'm using this app to implement a FAQ page for my customers. I wanted to remove the default "Powered By Avada" which is at the bottom of the generated FAQ page, so I asked for support and Juliana helped me out. She did it right away a few seconds after my request on Saturday night, it was extremely fast and easy. I'm gratefully impressed without mentioning I'm using a free version of one of the Avada Apps.
