I haven't used the app so far, has been installed recently. The setup and the design it is easy to handle and seems straight forward for every individual. I believe it is the right product I need. The customer service was a brilliant experience with Aisha while assisting with setting up the app. Definitely recommend Avada. Thanks a lot Aisha, Keep up with great work!

At first, it was unclear why do I need to connect the chat and contacts if I only needed a FAQ page but then everything was fine and the app ended up nice and useful. Thank you!

This a really great 'help/FAQ' app for any store, and its FREE! Live chat was very helpful. Esther was amazing in helping me remove the AVADA branding as well as clarifying a few things for me. Glad to have found this app, I also use AVADAS other app for emails popups - that is also a great app.

Upon browsing quite a number of app, I think I'm gonna settle with Avada Chat. It has also the FAQ page & Info built-in together with chat. That's makes easier for our customer to get information about our business. Avada support is good & fast. Emily help us to remove the AVADA branding in the widget quickly. Thanks a lot to the team.
