I had been struggling to integrate a FAQ theme onto my storefront, and despite my best efforts, I couldn't get it to work. Prakash from the help desk went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did he provide clear instructions, but he also took the initiative to collaborate with me through a link, fixing the issue personally. His expertise made the entire process seamless. Free app. Easy to setup. Looks great on website. what else would I need? Customer support? They are great at it too, especially Esther who was so quick with replies to help me setting it up.

I recommend this app for two reasons: 1: They have 24/7 customer service and their team of dedicated workers are always ready to tackle any challenge you throw at them. Like I asked a question and got a response within seconds. 2: The widget is fully customizable so you can really get it to blend with your store very well. It even looks good in the default version, not a lot of customization needed. If anyone sees this, I would recommend Jasmine as she is what anyone would expect of a customer service rep, she is kind, patient and very calm. Would definitely recommend this app to new and old drop-shippers.

A good and easy app to setup and use for both you, and your customers, does exactly what is says it does. Got a small issues, setting it up, and contacted customer support via chat got immediate response from sunny, that solved the issue in less than a minute. Highly recommend.

I have narrowed my choice for a FAQ and WhatsApp Chat App to two. The first was not to my liking as it was not properly laid out to suit my needs. I have just downloaded the Avada App and had a few questions, which were answered by a patient-knowledgeable individual called Emily. Emily thank you so much for your patience and assistance. I believe that at some point I will need your expertise and knowledge again, so hope I get you next time round...Thanks.
