It is a good FAQ app that helps with simplifying of the FAQ Page. The whole lay-out looks better and the contact app is also great.

I used this app for the first time and I don't think there is a need to use a paid app. This app is free and has all the features I need. And the real-time chat consultant was very friendly. Her name was "Hana".
