This a really great 'help/FAQ' app for any store, and its FREE! Live chat was very helpful. Esther was amazing in helping me remove the AVADA branding as well as clarifying a few things for me. Glad to have found this app, I also use AVADAS other app for emails popups - that is also a great app.

Upon browsing quite a number of app, I think I'm gonna settle with Avada Chat. It has also the FAQ page & Info built-in together with chat. That's makes easier for our customer to get information about our business. Avada support is good & fast. Emily help us to remove the AVADA branding in the widget quickly. Thanks a lot to the team. I would highly recommend this app & the support team. Thanks

It is a good FAQ app that helps with simplifying of the FAQ Page. The whole lay-out looks better and the contact app is also great.

I used this app for the first time and I don't think there is a need to use a paid app. This app is free and has all the features I need. And the real-time chat consultant was very friendly. Her name was "Hana".
