This integrated FAQ, Desk-help/Chat app is brilliant at the many tasks it does, Brilliant app and well thought-out design. It really enhances customer and web-store transparency and communication tasks all in one place. The fact this app allows a web-store to present commonly asked FAQ's up-front make this app great. Clean, simple and brilliant well thought-out design. Customer support Abby was friendly and kind to help with questions I had to get the job done :). The setup also is straight forward to handle, and has more options to add to the FAQ if needed. Great app Avada friends! Thanks for such an app. I am happy with it. :)

Support: Emily is quick to act on my request for assistance removing the Avada logo. Thank you. About the app: No fuzz, straightforward app. Easy to use. Hope you would add more icons soon and template. Avada is always creating a seamless app, always user-friendly.

Not every app has everything anyone could ask for but this app definitely takes your advice and puts it into consideration. The person who assisted me Emily was VERY nice and outgoing, she made me feel that i could continuously ask for help and get the same level of respect and help!
