I required assistance due to having a “502 error”, making me unable to print orders or invoices. I got onto customer support and Esther and Gideon were extremely polite and helpful. They have me back up and running within 30 mins. I’m very appreciative and will continue to use Avada for all my ordering/invoicing needs.
