Excellent module ! L’application Avada Facture PDF est simple à utiliser et s’intègre parfaitement à notre workflow. Les factures sont claires, bien présentées et conformes à nos besoins. Le support est également très réactif. Je recommande vivement pour toute entreprise cherchant une solution fiable et efficace.

Positives: Support is fast and friendly Negatives: Base templates and upgrade templates look outdated. Not good on the eye in my opinion

The default templates are pretty standard and I found needed a lot of customisation to meet Australian standards. Furtunately the team at Avada could make the changes very quickly via the online chat. Amy, Charles and Doris were very receptive and could do everything I needed. I found uploading a mock-up of what we wanted helped a lot.

Okay, after a bad experience, they managed to help me in no time, so I'm changing my comment here. great and fast service by Tiana. Now my customers are able to see there invoices. thanks for helping!

hana was great, quick and answered all my questions, and when I was still having problems, hana did it on their end, as i'm a noob.

i had to contact the support department as the templates we use were not compatible with our printer and were chopping line off the print. Sunny and Abby were superb and go the templates udated

have had a relatively good experience the support has been great Hanna was the main person i was talking to and the app has a good amount of customization but the were a few errors that were quickly fixed by support.

Le service technique est tres performant, merci! la facture est presque parfaite. Ce n'était pas évident car la base Shopify est inadaptée au systèmes français. Merci Sunny

J'ai eu recours au support avada et j'ai été en contact avec Esther qui a toujours été très réactive ! Merci à elle :) Nos demandes ont bien été transmises à chaque fois, mais les équipes techniques oubliaient de temps à autres quelques détails concernant nos demandes. Des retours étaient nécessaires, mais dans l'ensemble tout s'est assez bien déroulé

Directions are sometimes translated in a confusing way and a bit hard to follow when just starting out. Abby at CS was helpful when I reached out.
