Julie helped me so fast and she replies really fast.. I just told her what I wanted to change and she helped me with everything, she's really patient and she offers to help you with other things. So I would definitely recommend this app.. It's also really easy to use this app.. it took me a few minutes to learn how to use this app , but also thanks to Julie.

The app has been super helpful for our b2b customers to be able to download a PDF invoice and also have ways of going back into their account to download their previous orders. It's taken a lot of work off our customer service person. Also, their customer support is very helpful and always available quickly. Penelope in particular was the best.

Avada PDF Invoice offers plenty of customization options that perfectly suit my needs. I had an outstanding experience with the Avada support team, especially Ricky and Lias. They were responsive, patient, and highly professional in resolving my technical issues, making sure all my concerns were fully addressed. Truly excellent support — highly recommended!

The app works well when it works, but the problem is they constantly update or change it and it breaks things. Our invoices work fine, then they'll make an unannounced change, and all of a sudden it will start showing the wrong price, or a non-discounted price, or something of that nature. We have had this happen probably over a dozen times over 4 years and are now looking for another solution
