I use this app for the invoices, because we do EFT payments, and often customers forget to pay. The invoices have a big red "unpaid" across them and I believe it prompts customers to pay straight away. Thank you for a great app and excellent customer service too.

The support is fantastic in all aspects. They respond quickly, they understand the requests and they make things happen. This app makes a much better looking invoice than in Excel and 1,000 times faster. Can't say enough about AVADA and this app. I have contacted them twice regarding formatting that I needed and all of the reps are on top of their game. Really great process, system, and App they have.

With an app this nice and this kind of support, i can hardly see how Avada Invoice will not be the best app on the market. They even changed the part of the app i had a problem with (size of the logo in emails) ! Now you can easily change it as you wish. Thank you for the support ! Kenavo !

We use this app to automatically generate and email PDF invoices to our external warehouse. For that purpose, it is a very usefull app which I would most definitely recommend. Their support is also very responsive and proactive

Works great for printing invoices (that's all I use it for). The support team helped me swiftly when I had an issue with scent choices not appearing on the invoices. Good to go!

Although they have taken away the ability to customise when you're on the free plan, this app is awesome. It really allows my customers to get a professional tax invoice. BUT! The best part of the app is the customer service, I've needed a few things customised and the support team seriously does the customisation the same day, and if something isn't right they fix it and respond really quickly. AWESOME TEAM!
