We use this app to automatically provide a pro forma invoice to customers for payments via EFT. A link to a downloadable pdf is included with the order confirmation email that is sent to clients when a new order is created on the store. This saves us the time and energy of having to create an invoice and send to our customers manually. We needed some formatting changes made to the template we're using and were helped incredibly fast and efficiently by customer support. The app does exactly what we need it to do, and with the absolutely superb level of customer service, we couldn't be more thrilled!!!

Great app to help you print your invoices and packing slips at once quickly and easily. Great and super fast support from Jasmine and William. Fennic was very helpful in helping me make the changes when we set the app up at the beginning. Also great that it can be translated (in French for us). I have no issues recommending this app!

The PDF Invoice app was easy to set up and customize. The Shopify receipt is sometimes not sufficient for our business customers, so this app solves the problem. Customer support was especially helpful with a customization issue. They responded promptly, even on a holiday weekend, and resolved the issue immediately.

Very good app. Completely free. You can customize a lot on this app and save the templates. Some default variables are not working but you can edit anything in liquid.

Super, il manquait un système de facturation automatique dans shopify et dans cette application, non seulement il est possible de créer un template pour la facturation, mais aussi pour le bon de commande, le bon de livraison et la notre de crédit. This app has been very helpful and so has customer service! I added the app to print off customer invoices for our shop and found I didn't need all of what was on the template. I was able to make some changes myself and then reached out to see if they could help alter the template so it was exactly what I needed and they did! They did a great job and I'm very pleased with my new customized invoices. If a template doesn't have what you need don't be afraid to reach out to support. They were happy to help. Thank you!
