Great app and does what I need - if there was to be any negative feedback it would be that it takes a long time to load the orders to print.

This app did what I needed and is very simple to use, and FREE. I created an invoice template and added this link to my Shopify order confirmation email, so as not to send yet another email to the customer. There were a few things that did not look right on the invoice, but the support was able to fix them within a day. I particularly like that I can send invoices in different languages to different customers. Two things that would make this app better: 1) Make it clearer that you should TURN OFF email automation if you want to add the code to a Shopify email, instead of sending an extra email. That was very confusing to me, and took about 5 emails back and forth with the support team to clarify. 2) Create a packing slip template that does not include prices, similar to Shopify's packing slip template. A lot of our orders are gifts, so I do not want the recipient to see the price paid. For this reason, I will continue to use Shopify packing slips instead of yours.

We use this app to automatically provide a pro forma invoice to customers for payments via EFT. A link to a downloadable pdf is included with the order confirmation email that is sent to clients when a new order is created on the store. This saves us the time and energy of having to create an invoice and send to our customers manually. We needed some formatting changes made to the template we're using and were helped incredibly fast and efficiently by customer support. The app does exactly what we need it to do, and with the absolutely superb level of customer service, we couldn't be more thrilled!!!

Great app to help you print your invoices and packing slips at once quickly and easily. Great and super fast support from Jasmine and William. Fennic was very helpful in helping me make the changes when we set the app up at the beginning. Also great that it can be translated (in French for us). I have no issues recommending this app!

The PDF Invoice app was easy to set up and customize. The Shopify receipt is sometimes not sufficient for our business customers, so this app solves the problem. Customer support was especially helpful with a customization issue. They responded promptly, even on a holiday weekend, and resolved the issue immediately.
