Even the free version gives you a lot of SEO tools to use and customer support is very quick in responding. I talked to Esther before and Penelope today, and was able to get answers to all my questions. Support part is their strongest although the app is already a complete SEO solution. Definitely recommended! And the pro is also worth investing for.
