Really impressed with this app, I was frustrated trying to navigate my way through optimizing my store and Avada did a great job of pin pointing the issues that needed immediate attention, it makes everything so much easier and for someone who knows nothing about coding or website building it's a big deal. Customer service either makes or breaks a company regardless of how good the product is and thankfully the Avada team is amazing! From start to finish they're patient and efficient. Special thanks to Abby, Emily and the tech team. Abby was so attentive and understanding, got on top of tasks immediately. Emily made sure I had everything I needed and provided me with proper resources in regards to an on going issue. Overall I'm very pleased!
