I’ve had a great experience using the Avada app on my Shopify store. It’s user-friendly, feature-rich, and helps streamline a lot of customization tasks, especially around theme and SEO adjustments. What made my experience even better was the amazing support from Nim. She was friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. I had an issue related to schema on my store, and Nim guided me step by step until it was resolved. Her support was not only professional but also very reassuring. Highly recommend both the app and the support team—especially Nim!
