The dev team was extremely helpful and responsive. They identified and fixed the page speed issue on my rewards page, and the improvement is noticeable immediately. The page now loads much faster, with only a slight delay as it fully renders from the footer — which I understand is related to overall page structure, not the app itself. I really appreciate their clear communication, efficiency and willingness to look at the issue thoroughly instead of offering a generic fix. Overall, a great support experience.
