Compare to other upsell apps the customer support is way more experienced. Always help me to fix things quickly. Susan helpfulness is amazing. Keep going!

First app I found that flawlessly adds free gifts to the customer's chart, without the need for a pop-up or prompt. Just works silently in the background. It's also great that the free gift is added even when the trigger product is added to cart via a different upsell app. Other apps only add the gift to cart if the trigger product is added from its own product page. Support is super responsive by the way, thanks Susan!

Amazing app and even better support! The AOV.ai app works great and is very flexible for setting up promotions like free gifts and cart value offers. Everything is easy to configure and integrates perfectly with my store. What really stands out is the support. Jasmine helped me quickly and even enabled a custom backend setting so the free gift is calculated based on the final price after discounts, which made a huge difference for my setup. I have been really impressed with AOV.ai so far. The app is powerful, easy to work with, and gives you a lot of control over offers, gifts, widgets, and promotion features. What really stood out though was the support team. Thea and Susan were both incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and happy to make small changes so the app matched the look and feel of my Shopify store. They helped enable features, match the theme colours, adjust badges, check the side cart gift setup, and look into custom styling so everything felt more aligned with my brand. For a small business, that kind of hands on support makes a huge difference. It feels like the team genuinely wants the app to work well for your store, not just install and leave you to figure it out. Great app, great support, and definitely worth trying if you want to increase AOV with gifts, offers, and upsells.
