Let me shout this from the rooftops: AVO's support team redefines responsiveness! When I hit a snag setting up site-wide BOGO deals, I got a live chat reply in under 5 minutes – at 2AM my time! Their genius? The synced chat/email system lets me start troubleshooting via chat and continue by email without repeating myself.

We’ve just scheduled our first Free Gift campaign using this app, and the setup process was incredibly smooth and intuitive. Everything was easy to configure, with clear options and user-friendly design. We’ll update our review once the campaign goes live and we start seeing results, but so far, it’s been a great experience!

The level of support I have at a moments notice from them is unheard of! If I have an issue, I get a response within 5 minutes. Also, you can either chat with them in their chat box on the app or email and they both sync! We have been using them for BOGO deals and they're the only app we found with the most options available. I would highly recommend them for their support and options! I installed and uninstalled probably 14 apps for a true BOGO site wide deal and they're the only ones who offer that!
