’ve been using this app for my online store, and it has been incredibly helpful in managing promotions and discounts with ease. It’s user-friendly, and setting up offers is a breeze. What really stands out, though, is the fantastic customer support. Any time I’ve had an issue, their team has been right there to assist me, providing immediate and efficient solutions. It’s so reassuring to know I’m never alone when something doesn’t go as planned. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their store's promotional tools!

This app vendor is amazing. When I first tried it, I had some questions. A supporter named Emily responded to my questions so quickly; she is very patient with details and really helpful. Also, she gave me clear instructions to help me check and solve the problems. I highly recommend this app. The support is great, and the function of the APP is easy to use and test.

Customer service is great. There is a functionality issue with the cart value tiered gifting I would like to see resolved. But otherwise support was very helpful in answering questions.

Although there have been a few bugs, their support team have been super fast to respond and fix the issue which has solved many headaches! I have dealt with Hana both times and she has been fantastic!
