I just installed the app. So far everything looks nice. Customer support is quite good. What I specifically find good is that you have the chance to add custom css and therefore a lot better control on design of the popup to match it with brand.

I have installed and uninstalled this app several times. The images on the appstore is very appealing. However I cannot reach some of the screenshots shown there. And in some other cases, the pop-up is not shown on the page(s). Help pages are not quite well. I requested support via chat. There are two cases in there: A.They request store access and provide no response for 48 hours or B.No response at all. Overall I plan not to use it.
