This app vendor is amazing. When I first tried it, I had some questions. A supporter named Emily responded to my questions so quickly; she is very patient with details and really helpful. Also, she gave me clear instructions to help me check and solve the problems. I highly recommend this app. The support is great, and the function of the APP is easy to use and test.

Customer service is great. There is a functionality issue with the cart value tiered gifting I would like to see resolved. But otherwise support was very helpful in answering questions.

This app is so perfect for what we need it for. It's very clean and seamless on the frontend. I ran into an issue with one of our Promos and the support team was very responsive. Great team to work with! Highly recommend for free gift options of all sorts.
