We’ve been using AVIA for footfall tracking and it’s been a really solid solution so far. What I like most is how fast and easy it is to set up. You don’t need a complicated installation or a lot of back and forth - it just works. The system itself is reliable and does exactly what you expect. Support is honestly one of the biggest strengths. The team is quick to respond and actually helpful, not just giving generic answers. You also feel that the founders and leadership are involved, which makes a difference when you need something done. It’s also very flexible and works well across different store setups. For us, operating across Europe, that’s been important and it hasn’t caused any issues. Overall, simple, fast, and reliable - does the job really well.

Avia has been a great addition to our inventory management and decision-making tools. The insights and outcomes it provides are incredibly valuable, and we believe we’re only utilizing about 10% of its full potential. The team has worked very closely with us, and it’s been a collaborative learning experience as we continue to grow with the platform.

Avia gives me the kind of data that's not usually intuitive to get running a physical shop. It feels like the same level of analytics you’d get running an online shop, but for retail traffic and conversions. Super easy to set up, and the dashboard aggregates all my data in one place. You can tell the team really understands retail and eCommerce.

This replaces our 00’s old technologies. Shopify Setup took 5minutes, in store setup took about 20-30minutes per store. Support is amazing, absolutely love it. Keep up the good work!
