Sam and the AvisProduct support team are great. I love that this app provides real-time support from humans and not bots. They are always there to assist with any challenges I've had while building my ecommerce site. It's a pleasure doing business with AvisProduct Options. They are a great app option solution!

Excellent Customer service, exceptionally fast reply and issue resolving. 5 star for Lucy customer service. I personally Recommend it to all shopify users especially for the nice CSS that matches your shopify theme!

Lucy, Anne and Vivian from the Avis Team were fantastic! Fast replies, clear communication and genuinely helpful the whole way through. Also thanks to the Dev Kiera for pinpointing fixes and using smart enhancements that actually stuck, smoothing out our customiser on both desktop and mobile. Couldn’t ask for better support: quick, friendly and effective.

We are very happy with this app. The app is very user friendly and it allows us to display our variations perfectly for our 70K sku catalog. Sam and rest of the support team are always there when you need and they are highly professional.

We are LOVING this app. We tried several different option apps and this has been the best by far. Easy to use and support has been great. Only one bit of feedback was that we moved from another option app to Avis. I found it very tricky to consolidate my old app export file with the Avis import file. It would have been amazing to get more assistance with this process, but acknowledge that the support may not be able to go through every businesses option import data as it would be huge and time consuming. Apart from that, as mentioned above, amazing app!
