customer service is fantastic. i had downloaded another app that does the same thing before i purchased this one and the customer service was horrible. I could never get the response i needed and we were juwt going back and forth. but andrea really helped me out!

so much help they gave me. i was back and forth setting up a difficult option set and we finally got it right. they even helped me with the coding free of charge. thank you so much. i will be using this app for my shop from now on.

It says unlimited products in free but its capped at 100.

Our app allows you to create unlimited options for your products without any restrictions on the number of products you can apply these options to. However, for the special customization feature related to Shopify’s native options, the free plan does limit this customization to 100 products. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding, especially since our records show that the app was installed in your store for only a brief period of *one minute*. We believe this might not have allowed enough time to explore the app’s full functionality and the details of our pricing plans. We encourage our users to take some time to navigate our app and reach out to our support team for any questions or clarifications. Really glad I decided to go with this APP after trying 2 others, Lucy and Jayden helped me a lot from setting up to customising some layouts! They were very responsive and tried to find solutions to every issue or inquiry I had. It was a very enjoyable experience with this App and their team <3

The app works perfect for creating so many variant options and I love the flexibility. I've needed assistance a couple of times from support and they have been very quick to respond and resolve any issues.
