Best Product + Dev support I've ever experienced with a Shopify app!! I had an urgent need to have a product options app that matched my theme so I could launch a new product and track by inventory and Avis Product Options delivered! Sam & Kiera were the absolute best in helping me get my product page exactly how I wanted, they even removed the Avis branding complimentarily! 10/10 recommend this app

I’ve been using the Avis app to display and manage variant options for the custom table finishes I sell, and it’s been a game changer for my business. The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes it super easy to present multiple finish options to my clients in a professional way. What really sets Avis apart, though, is their incredible support team. I reached out with an issue regarding a watermark that appeared on my variant images, and they responded almost immediately. The team was friendly, efficient, and resolved the issue in no time, helping me remove the watermark and ensure everything looked perfect on my storefront. After switching themes while using another product options solution, we found that all our orders were coming without the customizations. Following several unsuccessful attempts to fix it, we decided to switch to a different product options app. After careful review of all the available customization apps, and trying and failing with a few, we took the decision to give AVIS a try. The initial set up was quick and straigntforward. We made the switch overnight with the immense support from Lulla, Judy, Lucy and devs Jun and Henry. They jumped in to assist in the migration and in a matter of hours, everything was working again, and even with a richer feature set. They have delivered beyond expectations and our store is again able to process customized orders after just a few hours.
