Judy was incredibly helpful and responsive to all my questions, resolving every issue quickly and professionally. She immediately understood even the small design details that are easy to overlook and made perfect adjustments with ease. Overall, the design of Avis is not only beautiful but also very intuitive to use. I tried and removed so many different Shopify option set apps in my search, but I finally feel like I’ve found the one that truly works for me. Excellent service — thank you so much!

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had on Shopify. Lucy and the dev Kiera went above and beyond — they personally walked me through setup and even went into the back end of my store to help make the dropdowns match my theme perfectly, all at no extra cost. I didn’t expect that level of support from a free app. Absolutely 5 stars. I’m so impressed and grateful!

Highly recommend this app if you're looking for a more refined options/bundle option that doesn't cheapen the look of your store. Plus, the support I received from Sam was incredibly helpful (and instant!)

This App is great for my store, i had a few problems and custom designs i needed to make it work in my store and the support staff are amazing SAM and Dev JAYDEN worked with me until i was 100% satisfied with the look and feel i was after for my store. I would highly recommend this App not only on the features it offers but the support is 2nd to none.

My client and I are extremely happy with the flexibility and options that come with Avis Product Options, and have been so pleased with the wide range of product customizations that we have been able to achieve ever since implementing it on my client's website. There were a few items that I couldn't quite code correctly to change the tooltip and options colors, and I reached out to support for assistance. Sam was extremely kind and helpful with her assistance and communicated thoroughly throughout the process while her team was looking into the issue, and dev. Jayden was extremely efficient with the solution and had both of my issues corrected within a matter of minutes.
