Avis Option has proven to be a powerful and reliable app that fully supports the functionality we need for our store. While it is a bit on the pricier side, the level of customer support more than makes up for it. The support team is impressively fast, friendly, and efficient—every issue I’ve raised has been resolved quickly and professionally. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and would confidently give it a full five-star rating.

So far i have experienced great support from this company. I was finally able to find an app that allows the customization i need for my store allowing me to add image swatches and also swap images when selected! thank you

After switching themes while using another product options solution, we found that all our orders were coming without the customizations. Following several unsuccessful attempts to fix it, we decided to switch to a different product options app. After careful review of all the available customization apps, and trying and failing with a few, we took the decision to give AVIS a try. The initial set up was quick and straigntforward. We made the switch overnight with the immense support from Lulla, Judy, Lucy and devs Jun and Henry. They jumped in to assist in the migration and in a matter of hours, everything was working again, and even with a richer feature set. They have delivered beyond expectations and our store is again able to process customized orders after just a few hours.

Judy was incredibly helpful and responsive to all my questions, resolving every issue quickly and professionally. She immediately understood even the small design details that are easy to overlook and made perfect adjustments with ease. Overall, the design of Avis is not only beautiful but also very intuitive to use. I tried and removed so many different Shopify option set apps in my search, but I finally feel like I’ve found the one that truly works for me. Excellent service — thank you so much!

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had on Shopify. Lucy and the dev Kiera went above and beyond — they personally walked me through setup and even went into the back end of my store to help make the dropdowns match my theme perfectly, all at no extra cost. I didn’t expect that level of support from a free app. Absolutely 5 stars. I’m so impressed and grateful!

Highly recommend this app if you're looking for a more refined options/bundle option that doesn't cheapen the look of your store. Plus, the support I received from Sam was incredibly helpful (and instant!)

This App is great for my store, i had a few problems and custom designs i needed to make it work in my store and the support staff are amazing SAM and Dev JAYDEN worked with me until i was 100% satisfied with the look and feel i was after for my store. I would highly recommend this App not only on the features it offers but the support is 2nd to none.
