This company is beyond amazing. We had issues with the app not working, so we tried the support chat. We were greeted almost immediately by a very genuine support agent. She looked at our issue, and quickly came back to let us know that she was escalating the issue to their development team. Then within a short time, we heard back that the developer had solved the issue. We verified that it was indeed working correctly. All of this from a free app, that has more features and is far more user friendly than the paid apps we had tried. They are on our A list for apps for sure, and we can't wait to see what they may offer in the future.

After scouring the shopify app store for some time, I needed an efficient, dynamic layout that would be simple and effective. Thought i would try Avisplus and so glad i did. Really friendly team and very efficient service. Very happy with this app!

I don't even know where to begin. The Avis team is simply amazing. I am the owner of a very new store, but I have some specific ideas of exactly what I want. Most of my ideas are things I would have though Shopify would add natively...but alas, nope. So to get these features, you have to add expensive apps. Enter Avis....I am using Avis now to customize so many add ons for my products, customization of clothing, adding on free product promotions, adding upsell items...if you have some imagination, this tool is like a swiss army knife able to do so many things. And if that was it, then it would be worth 5 stars already. But even MORE amazing is their support. I have had many "I wish I could...." moments. And every time I take one to Judy my support rep, she makes my wish come true...like immediately! I am serious, they work FAST...I have never had a request that wasn't re-coded and working in less than 10 minutes...but usually like a couple minutes. This app is most likely free because they are beta-testing an app that will cost money in the future, but I would say from what I have seen, this app is amazing right now! Do yourself a favor and download it and work with this amazing team. You won't regret it. Thank you Judy and Avis!

The app is a pretty good app. I wasn't sure what to expect initially but I was surprised by the number of options available on it. So far I've found it helpful and I've really appreciated the good customer service. They are quick to respond to all of my questions and take note of suggestions I've given.

Great app!! Solve my issue of needing multiple option choices and even have text field box for my customer. i have tried other apps but the layout with the theme option wasn't what i wanted. tried Avis and I love it! Customer services are also great! help me with my issue when i first cant see my options. 5 star for this app and the team!

To be honest with you I was so surprised that this app was free, it has so many features, some better than the paid apps I had already tried. For a newbie with using apps with my Shopify store I have found this to be easy to setup and configure. When I did get a little stuck a couple of times the Live Chat was amazing, they addressed all of my questions clearly and walked me through everything I didn't understand. I am able to setup a great pick and mix product range with this. Thank you
