Excellent App and the only options app I could get to work with Debutify. Customer support were a great help sorting an issue I had with the location placement of the add-on options and I could not recommend this app and the team behind it more

The support is friendly and the quick response to any issues is great. Non-English speaking people, please use the translation and use the support. I am Japanese. I found this app when I was looking for something to help my customers personalize my products. I cannot be happier with this app and its features. Beyond easy to use and personalize to whatever you need. Not only did I love the app but their customer service is BEYOND amazing! I needed help with code for adding the personalization to my packing slips and reached out to their customer service team and they logged into my account and fully created everything for me.

I never leave reviews. EVER. I have 7 Shopify shops and have been using the platform for 10+ years. How anyone could leave anything less than a 5-Star rating for this COMPLETELY FREE app that other developers charge for is crazy to me. NEVER LEAVE A LOW RATING FOR A FREE APP!!! It is "FREE" people for goodness sakes. So what they can't get back to you INSTANTLY. So what something breaks for a day or two... IT'S FREE!!!! This Avis Product Options app has just opened up an entirely new revenue stream for 2 of my shops. I cannot believe they are so nice and graceful to offer this for nothing at the moment. I pray I stay on the free plan if they ever decide to start charging. THEY EVEN HELPED WITH MOVING MY EXTENSIVE AND LONG OPTION SETS from 1 Shop to Another so I would not have to do the work all over again! Once again, I never leave reviews. Well, I think I left one for another free app about 6 years ago. But I can't remember which one it was. Anyhow, If you're looking to extend past the 3 option limit that Shopify gives you and you need to extra abilities like conditional logic (like I am using extensively) and product add-ons and such... GET THIS APP!!!

The Customer Service is NOT always available. They say 8am-6pm for live chat, but that is definitely not for any US time zones. Email help takes time, so when you have an issue with your store, the live customer support is not available and you have to stay up into the night to get a live person to help you. On 5/25/23 they upgraded a feature and it does not work at all. Again, no customer support to help, so I have to disable items from my store and stay up late so I can get this fixed. I know it's free, but you get what you pay for.
