It took a little work to get up and running, and definitely some help from the customer service people, but we got it working with surprisingly few back-and-forths. Everyone I worked with was awesome, and helped get my very old and customized theme to show the options. If you do need to request help, I suggest including your collab request number so they can get started getting you set up right away.

I do not know where to begin to say a big thank you to Luffa at AvisPlus Options helpdesk. She was truly magnificent, and time was not an issue, explaining and recording a video of the steps I needed to complete the task. I would recommend an Avis product to anyone. I installed this app today, to give it a test run (hence 3 stars to start with) & I must say I was a little lost to being with. I reached out and with the EXCELLENT service from Artemis I now have an app that replaces 3 separate ones I am using. I will be back to review the star rating when I've used it a bit more, but it is very promising for my needs.

The support on this APP is OUTSTANDING! They are very responsive and go above and beyond noticing things about my template and offering to correct them so that the variations match the look. This app does so much and is FREE

I was a little annoyed that I had to get approval to use a feature but honestly it didn't even take that much time before i was talking to someone and approved. Bonus i was able to ask the guy some other questions I had and he answered all of them no problem This app is straight to the point and I don't even know anything about building websites.

I've just downloaded this app today and I have gotten immediate response from Artemis who has been very helpful and patient in guiding me with the setup and attending to my custom requests as well! I've used 4 other product-customization apps, but this has been the best of them so far and it's free!

This app is awesome. I have been trying various 'Option" and 'Bundle"app recently, some with hefty costs involved then I came across AvisPlus Product Options - it has all the features I needed and more, is easy to use and most importantly looks great on my products, all this in a free app!! As an added bonus I needed to contact support and have just finished a chat with Artemis who fixed my issue and then answered all my additional questions with great efficiency. Great app with great support

Slow page download with Dawn theme!! We ran Facebook ads for two months and and our page was downloading cricket slow. We were hoping to try to figure out if we can use this app with a limited number of options on a new theme. But now they want to charge us... even though we were early entry users... worked closely with them from the start.
