I'm using this app to keep inventory the same for products with different packaging options. I had the perfect experience working with Artemis to set up the app for my store. It installed very easily, I just wanted to move some things around. They were patient with me and responded very quickly with great customer service. Thank you!

I had to contact customer support to add a feature. I assumed it was going to take a day or so and who knows what will happen. But to my surprise Artemis replied instantly and turned my extra feature in just a few seconds. Top Notch.

5 Starts does not seem like enough for this app and the fantastic team behind it! By far the best app we have used on Shopify. It works so well for our business and products and the little edits we did need to make were done in a flash by Judy, Luffa and their dedicated team. Really easy to use system with very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Fantastic app! Seriously amazing support! I had some minor edits to make and Luffa and Judy and dev team were lightning fast with changes. They even suggested some changes to make my complicated variant layout on front end pages look better. This app make my complicated option sets of variants a breeze to create and edit. Specifically the create option sets feature, add charge option, conditional logic hidden drop down menus and option display type. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I definitely recommend this app and the company behind it. Their prompt responses and rapid modifications just amazed me. I offered some suggestions and within minutes changes were installed and I could see that this app is very powerful. If you really want to get the best out of the app, contact their support and they will help. I described how my complicated variants were not working as I wanted and Judy set up my options for me to see how I could do it. First class support, and an excellent app that will save me soooooo much time and worry. Thanks guys.

This product is absolutely amazing! we had troubles with Shopify's 'variant' limit and this solved it immediately. Not only that, but the team is soooo great to work with. Judy and her dev team is very prompt when you have a question and thy can make changes very quickly that would take me forever to figure out. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!

Outstanding Support! Ive had several Request for adjustments and bugfixes and the Support (Artemis, Luffa and Jay-den) was super helpfull. Everything was solved super fast and now it works like a charm! When you are looking for an Product Options App... This is yours! One suggestion for improvement: Add more possibilties to configure things like i have requested just with more options in the App Settings :)

Judy and Jayden helped to write the CSS code and made the experience of the app beautiful. The app is lightweight and works better than any similar app. I have tested around 4 free apps and I think my search is stopped with this one. Have a great year ahead and Happy New Year 2023. Update: They tried a lot but they cannot able to fix the problem I raised. So I have to leave this app and go back to my old fully working app that is by Globo.

the application manages to do almost everything with some limitations. In the variations with price markup, it cannot manage the coupons on the shopify checkout, it is not possible to modify the thumb on the shopify cart and it is also not possible to insert negative price variations. The assistance is very fast and always responds to your needs, trying to support you as far as possible. We hope that in the future they can introduce new features that make the application 100% complete in any case the vote is the maximum.

Forget about all the other product option apps and just install this one. It works fine, the support is amazing and the price is unbeatable.
