I have recently installed this app to help me add additional features such as; colour swatches and an add-on fee. I love that I can also add a product as a mandatory add-on when the "required" option is selected in the setting. The team member at Avis ( Artemis) was very friendly and helpful. The app is easy to use, and the instructions are easy to follow if you need further assistance.

"expected a valid shop query parameter " I can´t fix this problem since a couple of days - can you help me please?

The AvisPlus Support were very responsive and managed to fulfil most of the custom requests that can't be done from my end for the options! The Support Team responds to my queries politely!

This app helped me in a pinch to find a fix i needed. Support team was extremely helpful and made sure to adapt it to my template because i was having some struggles. Definitely a great option for anyone, i don't usually see this good a support team like Artemis and Luffa in paid apps let alone a free one.

Switched to this app from a competitor due to having issues. The support team was great and very responsive when I needed help customizing some options. Highly recommend this app over even any of the paid options.

Excellent support from judy. I was looking for an app to add some charges to products according to a choice by the customer and this add was perfect for it.

(by Art of the Sea Fine Art Prints) In all my years on this planet, I have never received such amazing customer service as I did when I was setting up the AvisPlus Options Variants app for my fine art prints store. I am not exaggerating here. Judy and Luffa were always there (night and day!) to help guide, educate and troubleshoot in the world of "Conditional Logic" -- a world which was completely unfamiliar to me as an artist. They were helpful, patient, friendly, non-judgmental and amazing challenge solvers. When I say challenge, I should mention here that my store has an unusually large and complex number of options and variables -- partly due to the fact that I carry so many print artworks in so many varying sizes. Most of the time throughout this journey, Judy and Luffa were able to calmly guide me through the set-up process, but whenever they weren't able to answer a query, they communicated with Artemis and Jayden (their "dev" team), who stepped up and answered the call every time. The end result, thanks to the team at AvisPlus, is an intelligent, stream-lined, "conditionally logical" and elegant purchase decision flow for my customers. I highly recommend the AvisPlus Product Options Variants app as your solution for setting up multiple options and variants in your Shopify store. I am ever so grateful to the team for helping me bring my store to the next level.
