I am very pleased to share my experience with this app and great support received promptly from Judy who was amazing and very cooperative and the development team who answered very soon to all my request. I suggest to use this app if you are loogin for a product customizion feauture.

New to Shopify and needing a way to add a custom field to my products, I came across Avis Product Options Variants. The app reviews were good, but I had a few questions I wanted answered before installing the app. In less than 48 hours, Judy answered all my questions in a super friendly tone! She gave me all the info I needed - and more, even telling me how to add a comments field to my cart page. The app is super-easy to install and set. Great product, great client service - I am delighted! :-)

the support is insanely helpful. They fulfill all my requests and patiently adjust all the customization I want. The support is friendly, patient. The app run so fast and doesn't affect the theme at all. Highly recommended. Best app out there for options.

Ok, here is the skinny. The app is new, it is a little rough around the edges BUT it does what is advertised and support is STELLAR! I first installed this product, configured it and had it running great but needed to remove for unrelated reasons to some custom liquid code I wrote. Upon reinstalling and contacting them with a few requests they were super responsive and are always asking how else they can help. Artemis is a rare gem and I actually look forward to our interactions when I need something. If you have a bit of knowledge and aren't frustrated easily give this product a shot. It is definitely worth it. They are always improving and these days that is so nice to see with a Shopify app.

Ich habe die App noch nicht wirklich ausprobiert und muss erst schauen, ob ich damit das umsetzen kann, was ich möchte. Bei einigen Einstellungen brauchte ich allerdings schon Hilfe vom Support, welcher wirklich sehr schnell und freundlich meine Probleme gelöst hat. Vielen Dank Artemis :)

Customer service is quick and extremely helpful. They even offered to help me with styling. I just wish there was an easier UI for the styling of elements.

Great customer service. I had a glitch when I first started using this app, and the developers immediately helped me resolve the issue. They also suggested things that made the user experience even better. Suggestions that I didn't request, but they provided. I am so far very pleased!

Easy to implement. Does exactly what it says. We're very happy. Support from Judy is prompt and she activated add-ons for us immediately. I wish it could integrate with inventory quantities of the options in the drop down menu, but that's a minor issue that we can take of ourselves. Great app.

So we tried them all... This free variant app has more functionality than some of the paid apps. One benefit is that price addons update on the 'product' page, not just in the cart. Many other apps just show how much 'will' be added on the product page but does not show total price on product page. There are some limitations (cant use dynamic buttons and while discount codes can work they will not in all cases) but no more than all the other apps have and it's due to how Shopify functions, not the app developers. All that said, the customer support is top notch. I had some questions and their responses were prompt and took care of me 100%. Highly recommend giving this one a try.
